I purchased this wheelchair used.    It was so clean that it looked like it had not been used at all.    It does not have footrests, but it does have the little wheels which can be added to the back of the chair which prevents the chair from tipping back too far.   The back and seat are nicely padded for comfort.   We used the wheelchair for doctor appointments, so it was used only a few times.
